Click on thumbnail to access photo, then RIGHT CLICK on the photo and save it to your 'My Pictures' folder in your briefcase folder. REMEMBER THE 'MY PICTURES' FOLDER IN YOUR BRIEFCASE IS ON THE DESKTOP!
